at this court it appeared to the homage that Rich Tyler customary tenant of this manor late died seised of certain lands and tenements customary held of this manor and that Jn Tyler is his son and heir and the first proclamation of three is made for the heirs of the aforesaid Rich Tyler or any others that have a right to the lands and customary tenements of this manor which he died seised to come into the court and take out of the hands of the lord and none came therefore precept was made to the bailiff to seize the premises into the hands of the lord
