at a court held 26.3.1690 Wm Fossett and Susan his wife were admitted to themselves and their heirs to one messuage or tenement and a yard called Pannells with appurtenances late in the several occupations of Geo Peartree Thos Sexton and Rachel Baylye and now in the occupation of Jn Sadd or his assigns held by the annual rent of 7d and all services now at this court it appears to the homage and testified by the steward that the aforesaid Wm Fossett and Susan his wife the said Susan by Jn Eldred esq steward of the manor solely and secretly examined and consenting as is shown surrendered by the rod into the hands of the lord by the hands of the steward aforesaid the aforesaid premises with appurtenances to the sole work and use of the aforesaid Jn Sadd his heirs and assigns forever who present in court humbly petitions etc admitted etc the premises aforesaid with appurtenances he gave to the lord his fine and fealty was respited
