at a court held 22.4.1697 Jeremiah Biggsby was admitted to him and his heirs to one tenement with garden adjoining with appurtenances called Firman Tylers held by annual rent 12d with services now it appears to this court to homage that said Jeremiah on 26.4.1698 surrendered by rod into hand of lord by Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in presence of Jn Fletcher and Humph Ruggles two customary tenants etc said premises with appurtenances now in occupation Jn Bucke and all his just right estate title and interest in the premises to use of Wm Addams of Earls Colne carpenter his heirs and assigns forever who is present here in court etc admitted premises with appurtenances etc fealty respited
