at a court held 28.3.1694 Thos Osborne was admitted to him and his heirs to one messuage with yard and garden adjoining with appurtenances late Jn Auston's and late parcel of tenement called Jouldins in Earls Colne and at a court held 8.4.last it appeared to the homage that said Thos 23.3.1700 surrendered the premises to use of Sarah Osborne his daughter and heirs of body legally procreated or to be procreated with divers remainders as in the surrender mentioned now to this court it appears to homage that said Thos Osborne late died seised and then comes in said Sarah now wife of Wm Wenden and humbly petitions of the lord to be admitted to the premises the lords by steward granted delivery of seisin by rod to have and to hold the premises with appurtenances to said Sarah Wenden her heirs legally procreated or to be procreated remainder as in surrender etc giving fine etc
