and after at that court then sitting Wm Wenden and wife Sarah Sarah by said deputy steward solely and secretly examined according to laws of manor in open court surrendered into lords hand by hand of deputy steward the premises with appurtenances to use of Jn Cooke his heirs and assigns forever who present here in court humbly petitions of the lords to be admitted to the premises lords by said deputy steward granted delivery of seisin to have and to hold premises etc fine pardoned
