at a court held 6.1.1655 Jn Izerson was admitted to him and heirs to one messuage or cottage with yard garden and appurtenances adjoining and half a well and at a court held 20.3.1683 Sarah Izerson widow and relict of said Jn was admitted to her and heirs to said premises according to will of said Jn Izerson and said Jn in his life surrendered the premises to Ann Crow widow under condition that he pay 20li with interest which sum was not paid by Jn Izerson in his life nor by said Sarah after his death and Sarah after last court died seised now to this court came Anna Crow and humbly petitioned etc admitted premises etc gave her fine etc
