at this court it appears to jury that Jn Bayly customary tenant of this manor this 5.5. out of court surrendered by rod into lords hands by hand of Sam Burton in place of the bailiff in presence of Wm Chapman and Humph Ruggles two customary tenants etc all his customary lands and tenements held of this manor to such use and intentions as are or will be declared in his last will in writing
