at this court it appears to the homage that Ralph Josselyn a customary tenant of this manor 28.5.last past surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Sam Burton in place of the bailiff in presence of Wm Booseby and Jn Fletcher two customary tenants all his customary lands tenements and hereditaments held of this manor to such uses as will be declared in his last will in writing
