at a court held 23.4.1705 Hen Abbutt gentleman was admitted to him and his heirs to one messuage or tenement called Pannells and to a court held here last it appeared etc that said Hen Abbutt 3.9.1708 surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Solomon Grimston in place of the bailiff in presence of Rich Potter and Sam Finch two customary tenants said premises with appurtenances to use of Jn King his heirs and assigns and thereupon proclamation was made etc at this court it appears to homage that said Jn late died seised and that Nath King is his son and heir who by Martha King in role of attorney or deputy humbly petitions etc admitted to premises with appurtenances etc giving lord fine etc
