at this court it appears to homage that Rose Abbutt a customary tenant of this manor 3.12.last past surrendered by the rod into hand of lord by hand of Mortlock Coldham gentleman in place of the bailiff in presence of Hen Adams senior and Hen Adams junior two customary tenants of the manor etc all her customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments held of the manor to such uses as would be declared in her last will in writing
