at a court here held 11.9.1701 Wm Wenden and Sara his wife were admitted to them and the heirs of Wm to one messuage or tenement with yards gardens belonging with appurtenances sometime Jn Alleston's late parcel of a tenement called Jouldens situate in Earls Colne now at this court appears to homage that 3.11.1715 Wm Wenden and Sara his wife came before deputy steward and Sara first solely and secretly examined as the law is and consenting surrendered by the rod into hand of lord by hand of deputy steward the said messuage or tenement and all and singular premises then in occupation of Simon Overall and reversion and reversions and remainder and remainders of them to sole and proper use of Jn Wistoe junior of Colne Wake in county of Essex yeoman his heirs and assigns absolutely and forever which Jn Wistoe present here in court humbly petitions etc admitted to premises etc giving lord fine etc
