at a court held 9.5.1710 Nath King was admitted to him and heirs to one messuage or tenement called Pannells with appurtenances and also to all that part of a messuage called Le Swinesties sometime in occupation of Rich Mott and at last court here held 28.3.1715 it appeared etc Nath King after the last court had died seised and that Nath King is his uncle and next heir after which proclamation etc and now to this court comes Nath King the uncle and humbly petitions etc admitted to premises etc giving lord fine etc
