and after his admission the court sitting said Geo Wall in open court surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of deputy steward all and singular premises with appurtenances to the following use and uses viz to use of said Geo Wall and Letitia his wife for their lives and after death of longer liver to the right heirs of Geo forever after which said Geo Wall in his own person and Letitia by Geo Wall her husband in role of attorney or deputy humbly petition etc admitted to premises etc to Geo Wall and Letitia and assigns for life and after death of longer liver the remainder to true heirs of Geo giving lord fine etc
