and after said admission comes into court Grace Chapman and Math Chapman son and heir of Wm Chapman and in open court for her and her heirs renounced and relaxed all claims estate title interest possession claim and demands of both of them in the said premises or any part of them to said Jn Willcocke his heirs and assigns forever
