and after the admission Jn Hatch and Susanna his wife present here in court she Susan first by the deputy steward solely and secretly examined and consenting as the law is surrendered by rod into hand of the lord by hand of deputy steward all and singular the premises with appurtenances to use of Rich Andrewes esq his heirs and assigns forever who present here in court humbly petitions etc admitted to premises but does not give lord his fine for his admission is for common recovery to be made of said premises etc now or to be made according to custom of said manor and thus said Rich Andrewes by two sworn jury was admitted tenant in said form
