at this court it is presented by homage that Abigail Abbutt a customary tenant of this manor since the last court died seised of one tenement called Filbridges Lophams and Windmillhill and a parcel of land to them belonging containing 2r and a croft of land called Waluttree Croft which premises were Rose Abbutt's late deceased and held of the said manor by copy of court roll but nobody comes into court to be admitted tenant to premises therefore first proclamation of three is made etc
