at this court it appears and is presented by homage that Hen Abbutt a customary tenant of this manor since last court died seised of a messuage and certain lands called Le Hayhouse and also of lands called Sladesland in Longland also of a cottage late Stephens and of a cottage late Clerk's and also of 1r land late Adams which premises are held of this manor by copy of court roll and that Jos Abbutt is his brother and heir but that said Jos or others do not come into court to be admitted to premises therefore first proclamation of three is made etc
