at this court appears to homage that Robt Harris a customary tenant of this manor out of court to wit this present day surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Sam Christmas in place of in place of bailiff in presence of Jn Pratt and Jn White two customary tenants etc all his customary messuages lands and hereditaments whatever held of this manor to such uses as will be declared in his last will
