at a court held 12.4.1711 Hen Abbutt was admitted according to tenor of last will of Hen Abbutt his grandfather deceased to one messuage and certain customary lands called Le Hayhouse and also to certain lands called Sladelands and also to 1a land lying in Longlands parcel of a tenement called Golds and also to one cottage or tenement with yard garden and appurtenances belonging late Edw Stephens and also to a cottage sometime built on the waste of the manor late Clerk's containing in length 7rod and in latitude 2rod one head of it abutting onto a parcel of land of said Hen's called Longland's and also at that court last here held it appeared to that homage that said Hen had died seised without heirs of his body and that nobody came etc therefore first proclamation was made etc now to this court comes Jos Abbutt gentleman his brother and next heir and humbly petitions etc admitted to premises etc according to last will of Hen Abbutt his grandfather
