and also it appears to homage that Wm Sewell junior and Sara his wife customary tenants of this manor 7.2.last surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Solomon Grimston deputy steward she Sara first solely and secretly examined by the said deputy steward and consenting according to the custom of the manor all and singular their customary messuage lands tenements and hereditaments held of the manor and their rights and liberties to them pertaining to use of such person or persons and for estate or estates as Sara Sewell being married or not with or without consent of her husband in or by the last will of said Sara in writing under the hand and seal of her and witnessed by three or more reliable witnesses or by other writing or writings purporting to her will or by other writing or writings under the hand and seal of her and restricted or first will be declared limited or apportioned and in default of such declaration or limitation to use of Sara Sewell her heirs and assigns forever
