and also appears to said homage that Jn Wilcocks since last court died seised of a certain parcel of land called Sprigs Garden with a well (or possibly a pond) adjoining a messuage called Scriveners held of the manor by copy of court roll and that Jn Wilcocks is his younger son and heir now comes into court said Jn and Wm Harvey as his attorney and petitions etc admitted to premises etc
