and afterwards comes here into court both Geo and Sam and Mary and Andrew in their own persons and surrender into hand of lord by rod by hand of steward all and singular the lands tenements and hereditaments with appurtenances so above recovered not only for themselves but for their heirs giving up and relaxing and renouncing all their rights titles claims and demands whatever both in law and equity of and in the said tenement with appurtenances to the separate uses here below mentioned to wit to use of Mary Parish for her life and after her death to uses of Frances Parish and Eliz Parish daughters of said Mary Parish and their heirs to be procreated to be held in common and for defect of such heirs of Frances and Eliz then to the uses of the longer liver of them Frances and Eliz or the heirs of body of longer liver and for defect of such heirs then to use of Andrew Parish and heirs legally procreated and for defect of such heirs then to use of heirs of said Mary Parish forever and after Mary Parish petitions admitted to premises etc giving lords rightful fine which shall accrue etc
