and also to this court comes Hen Adams senior a customary tenant of the manor and surrenders into hand of lord by rod by hand of steward one customary croft called Perry Croft containing by estimation 1a more or less to use of Hen Adams junior his son and heirs of body of said Hen junior legally procreated and for defect of such heirs to use of Wm Adams his heirs and assigns forever which comes here into court Hen Adams junior and humbly petitions etc admitted tenant to premises according to tenor of the surrender giving lords rightful fine which shall accrue etc
