and afterwards Francis Sibley of London dyer and said Dorothy his wife Thos Everett junior of Coggeshall Magna in Essex weaver and Judith his wife Ruth Elliston and Eliz Elliston came here into court and surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of steward said Dorothy Judith Ruth and Eliz first solely and secretly examined by steward as law is and custom all their four divided parts all in five parts equally separated or to be divided of said messuage called Curds and also all and singular lands and tenements to which said Dorothy and Judith Ruth and Eliz with Mary Humphrey were admitted at this present court and reversion and reversions remainder and remainders thereof to the use of Geo Brooke gentleman his heirs and assigns forever with the intention of recovering four parts of the said premises which said Geo present here in court lords by steward granted delivery of seisin by the rod to have and hold etc
