and afterwards said Geo Francis Dorothy Thos Judith Ruth and Eliz surrender and discharge into hand of lord by rod by hand of steward all their right title estate interest claim which they or their heirs have of and in the four parts with appurtenances to said Solomon being in full and peaceful possession etc not only discharging themselves from all error and error etc in said plaint etc as above and afterwards said Solomon in full court surrendered into hand of lord by rod by hand of steward the four parts with appurtenances as by the said precept to use of Dorothy Sibley Judith Everett Ruth Elliston and Eliz Elliston their heirs to hold in common which Dorothy Judith Ruth and Eliz present here in court lords by steward granted delivery of seisin of the four parts with appurtenances by rod to hold etc as tenants in common etc
