to this court comes Francis Sibley and Dorothy his wife Thos Everett and Judith his wife customary tenants of the manor and surrender into hand of lord by rod by hand of steward said Dorothy and Judith first solely and secretly examined and consenting all those two parts of the whole divided into five parts equally to be separated or divided 6a land of wood parcel of a grove called Cogges Grove lying next lands called Colne Park and also two parts of one messuage or tenement with barns stables and gardens to it belonging and 26a land and 3a1r meadow with appurtenances called Curdes and three customary lands called Barman Field Rounsell and Pellsland containing by estimation 15a and also two parts of certain lands called Heathfield alias Heathcroft Stony Lane and Brookehouse now lying in Earls Colne containing by estimation 20a parcel of Le Hayhouse with rights and appurtenances to use of Jos Abbutt of Coptford in Essex gentleman his heirs and assigns forever which Jos present here in court lords by steward granted delivery of seisin by rod to have and hold etc and is admitted tenant
