and also lastly appears that 20.1.1730 Eliz Buck a customary tenant of the manor surrendered into hand of lord by hand of Sam Burton deputy of lords baillie in presence of Jn Pratt and Jn White two customary tenants of the manor etc all her customary messuages lands and tenements whatever of the manor to use of the last will of said Eliz in writing
