now at this court it is found by homage that Eliz Buck died since last court and before her death to wit 20.1.1730 she made her will and devised her copyhold premises as follows I give and bequeath all that my copyhold messuage or tenement with the yards gardens and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being upon Earls Colne Green and now in the occupation of myself unto my daughter Ann Gray and to the heirs of her body and if the said Ann Gray should depart this life without issue then I give and bequeath the said messuage or tenement with the appurtenances unto my daughter Mary Rayner and to her heirs and assigns forever whereupon comes into court Ann now wife of Jn Wood and craves etc admitted to premises according to tenor of will of her mother etc by rent of 12d and services gave lord her fine etc
