also it is found by homage that on 15.11.1733 that Math Fletcher customary tenant of manor surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Wm May and Jn Ray customary tenants of manor etc all that messuage and garden belonging with appurtenances formerly Wm Green's and 4a land more or less near Hyndesland with the appurtenances and also one croft land called Burroughs containing 3a more or less in Earls Colne to use of Moses Grithith of Bocking in Essex surgeon his heirs and assigns forever on condition that Math Fletcher his heirs or assigns well and truly pay or cause to be paid said Moses Grithith his executors administrators or assigns the full sum of 100li lawful money 16.11.1734 with lawful interest for the same then the surrender to be void and of none effect
