at this court it is found by homage that Sarah wife of Wm Sewell late Sarah Marriage spinster died since last court seised of several copyhold messuages lands and tenements held of the manor and that Wm Sewell is her eldest son and heir and because none came to take admittance therefore the first proclamation was made and is recorded
