at this court it is found by homage that on 7.4.1738 this month april Jn Harrington a customary tenant surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward etc all and singular his customary messuages lands and tenements whatsoever held of manor by copy of court roll to use of his last will in writing
