whereas at last court it was then found by homage that said Eliz Angier died since surrender and that before the said court proclamation was therefore made etc and first fault was then recorded now at this court comes Geo Angier and humbly etc admitted tenant to premises viz to such part of the messuage or dwelling house as is held of manor by copy of court roll and was formerly in several tenements whereof one was called Conees Tenement or Copses formerly in tenure of Caleb Measant and held by annual rent of 8d one other was called Shaws with a garden sometime     Ward's held by the rent of 6d and part of a yard called the Well Yard or Clerks sometime the said     Ward's and held by rent of 6d and also that messuage or tenement and backside containing 20p more or less with appurtenances at Colneford Hill in tenure of Jos Pond and Solomon Hitchcock and held by rent of 2d1h and also to all those three tenements called the Swinestyes on Colneford Hill in several tenures of Eliz Stedd Wm Bateman (may be Wm Bateman) and widow Cole and held by rent of 4d with every of their appurtenances and all other copyhold lands and tenements held of the said earldom manor whereof said mother died seised etc under the reservations and provisos in surrender mentioned and contained
