at this court it is found by homage that on 5.5.last Geo Angier a customary tenant of manor did out of court surrender by rod into hand of lord and lady by hand and acceptance of steward according to custom all that messuage tenement or dwelling house then in tenure of Thos Angier and Geo Angier with all houses edifices buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging or such part as is held of the manor by copy of court roll and also all that messuage or tenement and backside containing 20p more or less in Colneford Hill in tenure of Jos Pond and Solomon Hitchcock and also those three tenements called the Swinestyes on Colneford Green and all other his copy hold lands and tenements held of the manor with appurtenances to use of Jn Harvey of Earls Colne gardener his heirs and assigns forever subject to an equity of redemption on payment of 100li with lawful interest 6.11.1739 next
