at this court it is found by homage that Rich Ellis a customary tenant of manor died before last court seised of a cottage or tenement formerly parcel of Windmill Hill with part of well and part of a well belonging and other appurtenances and that Wm Ellis is his only son and heir whereupon comes into court Wm Ellis by Mary Ellis his mother as attorney and craves etc admitted tenant of premises etc but because Wm is an infant aged 19yr said Mary Ellis his mother is admitted his guardian
