also at this court it was found by homage that Ann Raven widow a customary tenant of manor died since last court seised of a messuage or tenement with appurtenances called Seabrights held of manor by annual rent of 7d and that before her death she surrendered to the use of her will and in her will dated day of she devised the same to her daughter Mary Raven and her heirs whereupon comes into court Mary Raven etc admitted tenant to said messuage or tenement with appurtenances etc by annual rent of 7d etc
