and afterwards said Jn Buck in full and open court surrendered by rod into hands of lord by hand and acceptance of steward according to custom of manor all the said messuage or tenement with appurtenances now in his own occupation called Mordens otherwise Crossend formerly Tyler's held of the manor by annual rent of 4d to use of himself for life and after his decease to use of Mary his now wife for her life and after the decease of survivor of them Jn and Mary to right heirs of Jn forever which Jn and Mary being present in court lords by steward granted seisin by the rod etc with remainder to right heirs of Jn etc
