also at this court it is found by the homage that Geo Angier a customary tenant of the manor on the 7.11. instant surrendered by rod into hands of lords by hands and acceptance of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward all and singular his customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments held of the manor by said Geo Angier with reversion and reversions remainder and remainders and all his estate right title interest property claim and demand etc in every part and parcel of the same to use of Robt Crane of Stoke next Nayland in county of Suffolk blacksmith his heirs and assigns forever freed and discharged of and from all provisos or conditions equity and benefit of redemption whatever and because none comes etc first proclamation is made and first fault recorded
