at this court it is found by homage that Hen Adams died before Mary his wife and that Wm Adams is eldest son and heir of bodies of Hen and Mary whereupon comes into court Wm and humbly etc admitted tenant to the premises in pursuance of certain indenture dated 26.9.1718 and 27.9.1718 purporting to a marriage settlement etc to the intent and meaning of the said indentures etc
