now at this court it is found by the homage that Jn Bell died since the last court whereupon cometh into court said Grace Hatch and humbly etc admitted tenant in pursuance of the will of the said Thomasin Bell to all that piece or parcel of land called Lowfields or otherwise containing by estimation 6a more or less now in the occupation of the said Edw Johnson etc by the annual rent of 6d suit of court and other services etc
