and afterwards in full and open court the said Grace Hatch did surrender by the rod into the hands of the lord of the manor by the hands and acceptance of their said steward all her customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments held of the said manor with their and every of their appurtenances to such use and uses as shall be declared in and by her last will and testament in writing
