now at this court it is found by homage that said Jn Bell died since last court whereupon comes into court Jn Bell his nephew and humbly etc admitted tenant to said messuage and appurtenances called Baylies held of annual rent of 2s6d also the said messuage called Huphrys with appurtenances held by annual rent of 1s4d etc
