and also at this court it is found by homage that Jn White of Earls Colne in Essex blacksmith a customary tenant of manor on 1.10.last surrendered by rod into hands of lords by hands and acceptance of Rich Wale gentleman steward all his customary messuage or tenement with yard garden and appurtenances belonging and the moiety of a well the said messuage and premises situate in Earls Colne in tenure or occupation of said Jn White held of manor by copy of court roll to use of Frances Biddulph of Earls Colne widow her heirs and assigns redeemable upon payment of 20li and interest to said Frances Biddulph her executors administrators or assigns on 2.4.next ensuing date thereof
