also at this court it is found and presented by homage that Jn Morley a customary tenant of manor died since last court seised of several parcels of meadow ground called Parks Gate also Ringers containing 10a held by annual rent 1s4d in the occupation of Thos Pascall parcel of farm called Newhouse and that he devised the same by his last will dated 11.8.1748 in following words item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Henrietta Letch and heirs forever all that my farm called Newhouse with lands and appurtenances thereto belonging both freehold and copyhold etc whereupon comes into court said Henrietta Letch widow etc admitted tenant to said several parcels of meadow ground called Parks Gate also Ringers in pursuance of the will of her father Jn Morley deceased according to conditions in will mentioned etc annual rent 1s4d fealty is respited
