and the said Henrietta Letch immediately after her admission did in full and open court surrender by rod into hands of lords by hands and acceptance of steward all her customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments held of manor by copy of court roll and all their appurtenances to such persons and for such uses estate and estates as will be declared in her last will in writing
