now at this court comes Sarah Layer and Mary Layer by Rich Wiston their father in law as attorney etc admitted tenants to said tenement and yard formerly parcel of a tenement called Francis by said attorney etc now in occupation of Jn Layer with appurtenances etc as tenants in common and not as joint tenants etc annual rent 3d1h and because the said Sarah and Mary Layer are infants Sarah the age of 4yr Mary about the age of 1yr Rich Wiston their father in law is admitted their guardian he rendering an account of the rents and profits of the premises when they shall arrive at respective ages of twenty one years
