also at this court it is found and presented by homage that Wm Peartree a customary tenant of manor died since last court seised of a customary messuage with appurtenances parcel of Masons whereas said Wm Peartree did by his last will dated 20.8.1736 give and devise the premises in words following viz first after my decease I give unto my sister Mary the wife of Thos Sexton of parish of Earls Colne all my freehold and copyhold messuages and tenements to me belonging and holden of this manor of Earls Colne adjoining to the churchyard of Earls Colne and now in the possession of Dan Middleton Judith Buck and Sarah Dorr with their appurtenances thereunto belonging during the term of her natural life with remainders over to Wm her son whereupon comes into court said Mary etc admitted tenant to said messuage parcel of Masons in pursuance of the will of her late brother deceased etc according to the tenor of the will etc ancient annual rent of 5d etc
