of a plea of debt whereof she complains and says that she demised and let to farm to the aforesaid

three meadows one messuage with curtilage for a term of years a rent per annum to the aforesaid

says that the said farm is unpaid for four and a half years and thus it is in arrears 14s and the aforesaid

present in court acknowledges himself to owe to the same said

of the aforesaid arrears 5s and of the remainder he says that he owes no money because he says that he paid her and he puts himself upon sufferance and the aforesaid

similarly and therefore it is presented to the bailiff that he should summon twelve men against the next to make up the aforesaid jury likewise it is presented to the bailiff that he should make a levy of the said 5s to the use of the aforesaid

is in mercy for the unjust withholding
