Wm Hankcoke and Margery his wife complain against Joan Lethiard (sic) in a plea that she should return to them one cottage with its appurtenances because the same was seised to Adam Grey in the aforesaid cottage and he died seised thereof after whose death the right descended to Jn Grey brother of the aforesaid Adam and the right of the aforesaid Jn descended to the aforesaid Margery as daughter and next heir of the aforesaid Jn wife of the aforesaid Wm which they now sought and it is presented to summon against the next the said Joan Lethiard against the next to reply to the same said Wm and Margery in the aforesaid plea etc
