fine 4dalthough in the court with the leet here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost 1.6.7Hen4 it was enrolled that Jn Parker Robt Segge and Jn Thurgos and Christian sometime the wife of Jn Mason surrendered to the lady's hands one messuage with a garden and curtilage adjoining called Sonningwells and the lady of her special grace at the same court granted the said messuage with appurtenances to the said Christian Jn and Jn their heirs and assigns to hold of the lady to the will of the lady according to the custom of the manor by all ancient services because the said Robt Segge surrendered not with the said Jn Parker Jn Thurgos and Christian the said messuage with appurtenances at the court aforesaid in the aforesaid enrolment thereof made expresseth and declareth nor since the same court now to this court cometh the said Robt Segge and surrendered to the lady all his purpart thereof to the use of the said Christian Jn and Jn to hold to the same Christian Jn and Jn their heirs and assigns of the lady to the will etc in manner and form promised and they give fine for such estate and maketh fealty
