item the foresaid jurors say that Adam Crudde hath one cottage with one house builded ruinous also they say that the tenement called Bredgemans which Firmyn Shropham holds for the term of the life of the lady by the lady's grant is ruinous therefore it is given in charge to distrain them to repair the said tenements against the next court under the pain that ensueth
